This is delicious festive treat with a twist: bursting with spice, packed with flavors, and infused with goodness for the brain. I roasted chicken with nothing more than oil, sea salt and pepper seasoning, and a few sprigs of rosemary. Instead of potatoes I opted for making mash with butternut squash with smoked paprika and turmeric. The rainbow carrots are marinated with hairssa, black cumin seeds, olive oil and honey. It’s all topped off with a cilantro oil dressing and sriracha yogurt.
