Brown Butter Seared Scallops with Squid Ink Tagliatelle

Scallops are packed full of B12 which is essential for brain health and a healthy nervous system. Even better, they are very easy and quick to cook. Here, I seared them in brown butter and chili and basil extra virgin olive oils, before making a sauce, adding in prosecco, lemon juice, red chili flakes, green onions, mini heirloom tomatoes, and arugula and serving with a squid ink tagliatelle and topped with briociole (breadcrumbs), a delicious alternative to Parmesan.
