Lemon Paprika Prawns with Orzo Salad

This is a simple, delicious meal that can be enjoyed for lunch or dinner. The prawns are coated in a lemon, paprika and garlic marinade. The orzo salad is made with arugula, mini heirloom tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, kalamata olives, red onions, green onions, and feta, and dressed with basil olive oil and cilantro.
