Grapefruits are treasure troves of Vitamin A and C, as well minerals like magnesium, potassium and folate. Some people can’t stand the taste. They might try miracle fruit (in the form of mberry for example) which makes grapefruit taste super sweet. My personal favorite would be adding it to prosecco to make a grapefruit mimosa. Champagne is believed to boost memory through its polyphenol content, and the same would be true for prosecco (which is not only cheaper, but I like better).
